I’m the proud owner of Encore RRC Inc., a certified firm with the IICRC and a trusted name in the restoration industry. I hold a Triple Master Certification with the IICRC in Water, Fire, and Textile restoration, along with advanced certifications in commercial drying, microbial remediation, odor control, structural drying, carpet and upholstery care, and health and safety. My team and I are trained, certified, and committed to doing things the right way, every time.
Encore also holds a North Carolina General Contractor license and is licensed for plumbing. Our approach combines high standards, clear communication, and genuine care for our customers.
